Experienced investor and mentor, I worked at one of the worlds first Fintech Incubators in Boston, designed the first startup accelerator in Ireland, the NDRC, 17 years ago, and established Propeller Shannon, the worlds leading early stage investment fund and programme specifically for Aviation, Aerospace and TravelTech startups. To date, we have invested in 19 startups from Los Angeles through to Dubai.

I have a deep focus on leadership and culture, I help startups in early stages with product-market fit right through to scaling internationally. I’ve worked with startups in multiple sectors from aviation and travel, to lifesciences and health, to sports wellness.

I also work with larger companies around open innovation, so am always looking for interesting startups to introduce to corporates. I’ve lived and worked in North America, South America and Europe, so feel comfortable addressing global issues. I’m currently based in Ireland so have particular insight into the ecosystem here.
